Glenroy is a large, busy suburb north-east of Airport West, about twelve minutes away. It has some of the most active townhouse development in Melbourne’s north, alongside original 1950s and 1960s homes and a strong investor and rental market.
For landlords and property managers we do electrical safety checks, switchboard and safety switch upgrades, and repairs between tenancies. For owner-occupiers it is split systems, ceiling fans, lighting and EV chargers. New townhouses often need CCTV and extra garage power added after handover.
We work across all of Glenroy and quote every job as a fixed price, with a licensed electrician doing the work.
Safety switch upgrades for rentals and older homes, with the compliance paperwork done.

Ali is very professional and reliable. From the initial conversation to the completion of the job everything went very well. Even if the job Ali did for me was a bit tricky, resetting my house alarm, he didn’t give up or even try to take advantage of the situation by increasing his fees. He charged me for the job and not per hour which was a good thing for me as it took him more time than what Ali anticipated but he respected his words which is very important to me in life and business. I’ll definitely use his services next time I need an electrician.
